Return & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We stand behind EarMidus and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the terms below carefully, as they explain how our guarantee works and what's required to qualify.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
EarMidus is designed to be used consistently over time, so our guarantee is built around giving the product a fair trial. To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, you must have used the product as directed (applied once daily behind the ear) consistently for at least 14 days and found that it did not work for you. We ask this because results build with regular use, and a few days is not enough to judge.

If you've met that 14-day usage requirement and you're still not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at team@getmidus.com and let us know. A refund will be issued either without requiring you to return the product, or we may ask you to return any unused or partially used bottles for a refund. We'll confirm which applies when you reach out. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

To start a claim, email team@getmidus.com with your order number and any extra details. We may ask a few questions to better understand your experience, which helps us improve and process your refund smoothly.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and discounted or clearance items are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. To do so, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right applies independently of our money-back guarantee.

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-10 business days depending on your bank. Please note any additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If you have any concern about your order, please contact us first at team@getmidus.com. We're committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and nearly every concern can be handled directly. By purchasing, you agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute without first allowing us the opportunity to assist may delay or forfeit eligibility for a refund under this policy.
